RIVER OF POWER
The River of Power flows from the place where the Oak of Power is located and is symbolically directed upwards (in Rožmalām, north is directed towards Bauska, and usually in cartographic material the north direction is oriented upwards), thus symbolizing human growth and striving for perfection. Power flows into the “river” through the roots of the oak, which receives energy from the cosmos, the sun and God through its branches.
The river is made up of several linear strips of plantings depicted in floating lines, symbolizing waves - movement and dynamics. It flows through most of the territory.
The plantings are mostly planned to be made of perennials. To ensure the aesthetics of the bed also in the winter, a large part of the perennials are grasses, which are left in the winter and cut only in early spring. The width of the planting strip is 1.50m.
The decorativeness of the bed is enhanced by the presence of groups of pebbles and boulders and individual places where the stones are “seated” in the lawn, maintaining a flat surface, but at the same time clearly marking the continuity and continuation of the river line. The distance between the stones can be chosen randomly, the recommended distance between the centers of two stones is 60
cm, which corresponds to the length of a human step outdoors.

Additional symbolic elements of the river are nine stones of feelings. Which are scattered throughout the length of the river. It is planned to use large-sized stones at a height of ~ 0.70-1.00 m. They are placed with orientation and access from the oak side, which is oriented towards the south, therefore with a view of the sun. It is planned that a person can sit on them and, depending on the specific feeling, free themselves from the most unpleasant, or infuse themselves with the positive. Visitors can go through the "River of Power Path", which is built through nine cycles following the sequence from self-cleansing to self-charging and strengthening white energy within themselves.

Why „9”???
This number holds sacred significance in Latvian folklore. It has great importance in the ancient Latvian way of counting time – it represents the minimal time cycle – a "savait," which initially consisted of nine days.
A cat has nine lives.
Similarly, the number "9" is strongly associated with fertility symbolism – a fruit is carried for nine months before birth. A new cycle begins. On the ninth day after birth, ancient Latvians held a christening ceremony for the newborn.
A human life is divided into 12 cycles, each lasting 9 years.
The sequence of sensory stones and their symbolic meaning.
(STONE 1) Reflection stone - It is closest to the power oak. A person must carefully think
about the things they want to let in and what they need to let go of.
(STONE 2)Liberation stone - It is located near the power oak,maintaining direct contact with
the oaks roots.To get something new, you must get rid of something old! The roots of the tree
absorb whatever the person releases and leads it into the depths of the underground.
(STONE 3) Forgiveness stone - It symbolizes entering another cycle of feelings.To become
better, we must set an example for others. We must be able to forgive those who have
wronged us, and ask forgiveness from those whom we have wronged.
(STONE 4) Gratitude stone - This is directly related to the previous-Forgiveness stone, so that
we can also thank whomever we have forgiven. Thus comfirming once again that we have
truly forgiven and hold no grudge. When we learn to give thanks,we learn to appreciate the
opportunities we are given.
(STONE 5)Rebirth stone - If the previous cycles of feeling stones are passed in sequence,
then the person is emotionally cleansed. They are overwhelmed by lightness and a sense of
freedom. A person can be reborn - take a deep breath and let go!
(STONE 6) Love stone - It symbolizes giving in to love. Let love flow into you from
everything around you.
(STONE 7)Happiness stone - It symbolizes giving in to joy, and joy, as we know, increases
all things good. A happy person attracts other happy people - just like positivity breeds
positivity. Be happy!
(STONE 8)Harmony stone - Harmony is gained by finally understanding what is happening,
how and why, and clearly realizing what is good and what is bad. This stone gives lightness,
because along the entire path of the river of power, a person has tried to look inside
themselves, get rid of the bad and let the good flow in.
(STONE 9)Power stone - It is the final stone of the power river cycle. It strenghtens the
absorbed energy.The stone is located farthest from the power oak, so that when you are near it
you can see the crown of the tree from the widest view, which symbolizes the connection with
the Cosmos, The Sun and The God.
